So you made the grilled peach salad and now you have leftovers- wonderful! The night following our meal I decided to make a pizza to use up the leftovers and served it with this delicious spinach and strawberry salad!
This recipe is super easy and can be modified based on what you have
1 pizza dough- directions for an easy 30 minute dough can be found here
3-5 peaches, washed and thinly sliced
1 cup of balderson or mozzarella cheese
8-10 strips of prosciutto
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Once you have made the pizza dough, spread olive oil out, place cheese, prosciutto, and peaches on the pizza. Drizzle balsamic glaze over top. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese and crust is golden and bubbly. Remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
