We had glasses of the Estate Gewürztraminer (Off-dry, Refreshing, spicy grapefruit and lychee nut aromas and flavours) and the Estate Chardonnay Unwooded (Dry, fresh and lemony, gracefully rich and natural buttery licorice flavours). Then for lunch, all four of us ordered the features- broccoli soup and panko crusted wild B.C. salmon fillet with saffron aioli, rice pilaf and fresh vegetables
