I am a few weeks behind in putting this up but I don’t think it’s fair to hold out on you until next year so I am going to share the perfect Mardi Gras dessert with you: Banana’s Foster Bourbon Bread Pudding. We had CWM’s favourite cheesy bread the night before and there was more than enough baguette left so this was the perfect dessert for the next day. There is a warning though: it is incredibly delicious, incredibly rich, and not at all good for your waistline. Enjoy!
